IEKETSU INC. is an engineering firm specified in both electrical and mechanical design for variety of buildings such as commercial, residential, industrial and medical/dental office. Our firm obtains a Certificate of Authorization (CoA) issued by Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) to legally provide engineering services to the public. 

We are licensed engineers in Ontario and have 10+ years' experience in different building projects. We dedicate in providing the best solution in both cost and time efficiency for our clients. We proceed our comprehensive technical analysis cautiously for each project in order to apply appropriate standards to conform local code requirement.

Our company is to provide our clients the mechanical and electrical design services in various types of building projects, such as commercial, institutional or industrial, to meet all required safety standards and code requirement in order to obtain building permit and ESA approval for site development, tenant fit-up, building renovation, tendering or construction. 

Our electrical and mechanical design include power distribution, communication and networking, exterior and interior lighting, life safety, fire alarm system, ventilation system, plumbing and drainage and sprinklers system. Our major areas of engineering activity are to review all the information from site inspection and the clients (architect or contractors) to perform technical calculations (Heat Gain/Loss Calculation, Electrical Load Calculation, Photometric Calculation, etc.) as well as to prepare and demonstrate our engineering design on the drawings in compliance with required codes and relevant standards (Ontario Building Code, SB-12, Ontario Electrical Safety Code, ASHARE 62.1 and 90.1, NFPA-13, etc.).

Base on the experience working in traditional Japanese technology company and P.Lim & Associates Limited, we understand that it's important to manage every project more systematically and efficiently. We listen and learn from our clients circumspectly to find out what they need on their proposed building design. We will coordinate well with every different clients and dedicate to provide the best feasible solution and design for their architectural requirement, to help them obtain the building permit approval and get thru the construction process.
