We have systematized and streamlined our design procedures to make the permitting process as expeditious as possible.

• Analyze information and details such as building structural, environmental, mechanical and electrical requirements from architects, interior designers or site engineers' drawings.

• Tenant renovations and fit-out projects require on-site inspections to confirm correct information such as location, dimensions, materials and specifications of existing mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Coordinate preliminary design proposals with relevant contractors, designers or architects to discuss respective design issues and requirements. Then modify the design drawings as soon as possible to meet the requirements of all aspects.

• Complete the design, sign and stamp the permit drawings. Complete the permit application form and send it to the local authority for approval.

• If any technical issues are discovered during construction, or any problems may conflict with original permit/construction drawings, building codes or other regulations, we will promptly provide solutions to avoid delaying construction progress.

• Following the final inspection we will issue a signed and sealed compliance letter in accordance with Section 53 of Article 941/90 of the Professional Engineering Act.
